Trip to the zoo today. I fugure that I need to learn this thing and practice with it BEFORE I actually end up using it for real. (First weekend in May the "Biggest Week in American Birding"). Conditions were not ideal, I fought with shutter speed all day. Very warm for January, but cloud deck was getting thicker by the second.
I continue to like this lens more and more. I shot it exclusively even though in some cases I might have been better off with something a little wider. The range on it is great. That 150 came in handy many times, and at least in these circumstances, a 500 prime would have been limiting. Several posts to follow as I go though the pics.
