I had a great chance at a bald eagle the other day with mine and didn't realize until I got home that I kind of blew it. He was in a tree about twenty yards away and I was shooting at a pretty steep angle. The images came out way soft. When I recreated the situation I discovered I was getting lens creep. From now on there will be a rubber band on my lens barrel! Clay

DreDaze happy with myself for not saying anything stupid More info | Jan 26, 2014 17:41 | #3688 the only way i see lens creep factoring into an end result is that it won't be at the focal length you wanted...but the shots shouldn't be any softer due to that...when i use my lens, i'm grabbing the far point of the lens, to push/pull it in and out, so it doesn't have a chance to creep back, because that's where i'm holding it Andre or Dre

Had to pull this out and make sure I didnt want to sell it thinking I could get any better shots from the new Tammy. I just need to slow down and think before I just point and shoot this "Vision is the art of seeing that which is invisible"

Jan 27, 2014 19:38 | #3690 I got the lens today, one question, when I press the shutter half way to focus the focus actually shifts about one dot/square. The image is perfect after I shoot. Is this normal for the OS? My name is Ben from Savannah, GA
