Which do you use on your monopod? Ball head, flip head or no head? I use a ball head because sometimes I rest my monopod against a fence, tree, building, etc. at an angle.

I use one with a 200 f/2 and it is fine but I wouldn't use it if I had a 400 f/2.8 or longer glass.
