I'm assuming you PP most of the blurr into the picture? Maybe I'm dense but I'm not aware of a lens that will do DoF in a single line...

I'm not sure if I wouldn't have approached it a different angle, more towards the paper, barely getting the top of the notebook into the shot.

Other than that, I have to agree Master Zucchini, nice shot...

Surprisingly the bokeh is completely from my 17-40mm f/4L @40mm wide open. Another reason why I love that lens :)
