The classic shot of Havasu Falls, taken from the upper trail. A must-have shot when you visit (even though it's been done a million times)...

Amazing colors, is this saturated or mostly out of the camera?

The rocks on the right look like they're melting!!

That is the natural color of the water...pretty much what you see when you come upon the falls. People find it hard to believe, but it is natural...

Beautiful. Did you do anything to the water where the falls hit it? It seems to blend awfully quickly.

Thanks. No, nothing was done to the water...it is what it is. PP consisted of levels, curves, and three sharpening modes. Other than that, nothing else was done to the photo.

I would assume this is near Lake Havasu, in Arizona.

Not exactly. Havasu Cayon is on the Havasupai Indian reservation lands located inside the Grand Canyon. Do a google search on Havasu Canyon for more info.

awesome picture... looks like it needs a bit of contrast? The rocks look a little hazy...

I need all the help I can get.
