hey folks , new to the site , hopefully will become a more regular user .

I have just got my Canon 400D today and am very pleased with it , but i am a bit neurotic when it comes to nice new electricals .

I was wondering if anyone else can notice a short clicking noise associated with the self cleaning , basically just wanting to know if this is sound . or if it is intended to be silent

any help would be great , thanks
