We were visiting Dewey Dam this past fall, just knocking around. It got us out of the house, and gave me a chance to play around with taking some pictues. So we were walking along a path that ran parallel to this decently sized creek which is there to catch any runoff from the dam, and I notice the item seen in the picture.
I keep having an image of some manager telling a college kid who was working there during the summer "I don't know ... improvise something".
