There's this guy from Flickr that has done some pretty cool remakes of famous photos throughout history done with Lego. Thought some of you might be interested

He also has some pictures of the setup he uses to capture them which might be helpful if you're looking to try this yourself.

I find some of the particularly emotional pictures a bit disturbing (more so than the original) when they have a happy smiling lego man on them.

Makes me wanna be 5 again...

That was very interesting. The one of the monk on fire just didn't seem right with the monk smiling though.

Now that's pretty creative! I've got all my old Legos from when I was a kid - quite a bit of it, in total. Mostly space-themed.

I wonder if I can construct the ISS out of Legos... Hmmm...

I still play with the lego. I have tons of them and can't wait for my son to get older to play them more with him.

I have a lot of Lego too, in fact my aim after exams are over is to sell it all on ebay, since some sets I have go for £150+ even with parts missing!! I'm hoping to sell it in favour of a 1DMK2, funny really, I wonder if in 15 years I'll want to sell my photography stuff for something else!

Also, Legos?! It's just Lego. It's not like us Brits spell is Legou
