It wouldn't load for me for a fair bit too. Seemed like the server was just down for a while.

I like the clean layout of the site, you've made a nice use of the space, with no extra junk to bother people. Three items:

1. Personally I would straighten out the perspective on the home page image. That's a gorgeous house, and when I look at it straightened out it just looks a bit more "at attention" to me
2. I notice all the city labels on the home page are done in graphics. That's not going to be good for search engines where folks happen to type in the name of one of those cities.
3. Your HTML is a mess, really. You may find the page looking odd in certain browsers, and not aging well. The W3C validator (external link) can help get you or your web guy going.

Some of the cities are misspelled. For the ones on the home page I'll spell it correctly. Dalhart, Texarkana, Laredo. On the "locations" map, "Houston" and "Texarkana" are also misspelled. I like the sample pictures.

Slow to load. Top menu bar text is not centered (ff3rc2).

Loaded very quickly for me. There's text in the home page done as images, it should be text so a search engine can index it. Overall it looks like a basic functional design that could probably do with enhancement if you want it to impress.
