I was lucky to have found not one but two active oriole nests within 75 feet of each other in my neighbors yard. I've been keeping an eye (and lens) on it for a couple of weeks and it appears the younf must've hatched as Mom and Dad were in every 10 minutes or so with juicy bugs and caterpillars.

Thanks so much to all. I really enjoy watching and listening to these birds. They seem to have a pattern in which Dad will bring in a tasty morsel to the young and wait to hear the chatter of Mom and in repsonse fly off so she can come in with her catch. The young must be voracious because it seemed they were getting a new bug every 10 minutes or so.

Wonderful shots. I had several orioles here until last week, eating the grape jelly. I saw one male a few days ago, but all are gone now, nesting I hope. I haven't spotted a nest anywhere though.

Thank you all for your comments. Mitch, I too had grape jelly and oranges out but have not seen the orioles over here. I do think it is because they are nesting and concentrating on keeping their young fed which is a very tough job! They are tag teaming at the nest with bugs every 10 minutes or so.
