The people using 100 ISO are most likely working in bright conditions all of the time and the people using 1600 ISO are probably shooting sports or low light shots. Andrew Kraker

I shoot indoors and outdoors, with my 24-60 or 70-200 so it depends. I can see now why some people with there was an "ISO mode" especially with the longer lens.
