I am usually at 1600 or 3200 cuz of the darker palces I tend to shoot. Outside (when I get the chance) I tend to be around 400-800 cuz of the dark place I live...lol

I usually default my camera to ISO 400, that is when I'm done using it I usually set the camera to my default settings of Auto white balance, ISO 400, 1/200s, and the largest apature for that lens. This way if I need to grab the camera and take a shot asap I know exactly how the camera is set, and is usually pretty close to the setting needed for any situation.

But in general there is no ISO that I use more often than any other. I alway set it as low as I can to get the appropriate shutter speed and apature combo that I want. But if I had to pick, it would be either 200 or 400 for most shots, and 800 for astrophotography.
