Where do you get your pre-order envelopes from?
I would like to get some of these, that already have the order form printed on them.

Is there a site you can go to for designing these?

I was wanting to have these on hand, when I take the portraits, for the parents to fill out. I could then collect these from the parents, and use them to deliver the photos.

I print my own, not too difficult, just set the document dimensions for the size of the envelope and print them. I don't do anything fancy with them though.

try a local print shop that handles bulk orders, you just need a file to give them.

I use a form that I printed using MS Word. I deliver the prints in clear bags, each print in a properly sized bag. Then I put all the photos in one large size bag along with a note that says the bags are acid free and of archival quality for storing photos. Check out Clearbags.com They will send you 3 samples of your choice. Presentation adds to the customers perceived value.
