What calibrator?

ISTR that it was discontinued because it only works good on CRT screens...

I've used it (or rather: The Mac OSX equivalent) for a couple of years on my CRT, and while not nearly as accurate as a calibrator, it did quite an okay job...

I used a Spyder 3, it was I believe $175 US dollars, not sure what the conversion would be. It is the only one I have ever used, so I cannot compare it with anything else, but it seemed to work quite well from what I can tell.

I am certainly not an expert on the subject though.

OK. If it works, keep using it.

I'm using the Pantone Huey. It is very easy to use and only set me back $80 at a retail store. I'm sure you could do better online.
