"PT" stands for... "Pret-T"?
..."Pre-Tentious"?
..."P"-Taste - A case of some peoples taste being all in their mouth? ;)

"PT Crapper" comes to my mind. Well, given that someone out there must love the H out of it, what would you call it?
.

Ewwww.
I would say that is ugly.
I would agree that Pretty Terrible is the definition.
By the way some composition and lighting tips:

Use a different point of view/angle to try to get rid of ugly stuff in the background.

Also when you take a picture of the subject try to move to an angle that places objects in the background farther away. A wider aperature will help as well, I have been trying to use 2.8-5.6:

That way you wont have to use photoshop to blur the background as much as you usually do.

Also remember overcast days will cause the picture to become a bit dark as in your shot. Also try not to be the reflection in the bumper, I try to stand to the side or out of the way. If you have a polarizer you can eliminate that ugly glare.

I'm pretty sure the OP put up this shot not for C+C, but for the limits folks will go to to trick out their rides........

I think the OP has a few threads on here, on how to use DoF and light etc to make a better picture. ;)

For the record - PT = Pretty Tragic. :)

PimpTastic & Pointless Tweaking are my personal favorites, but I like most of the others, too. The old saying, "If it won't go, chrome it." still applies, don't you think?

By the way some composition and lighting tips:

At car shows, you're stuck with what you can get, unless someone is willing to move a car for you. Thanks for the tips, I'm sure that someone can learn from them. Have some of mine: A few Car Lighting Tips - Updated

That way you wont have to use photoshop to blur the background as much as you usually do.

I think you might have me confused with someone else.

Prolly Tweaked?

Before I'd drive that, it had better have 426 cubes hidden under there? :D

Does anybody think the Charger sitting next to it was crying out loud?

"Why do I have to sit next to the annoying kid?"
