That's a great price!!! Let us know how it turns out. I've seen mixed reviews about buydig. Did they burn you on shipping or try to sell you overpriced accessories?

Charged me 19.99 for shipping after I got into the buying. Free shipping was to much to believe..
Otherwise no sales talk, all online.
Went to 8 other sites this am, total BS, but then I was dumb enough to believe it was really gonna be under 1200$ haa haa

$19.99 shipping is great. Typically, places with that good of prices will charge like $50 shipping, and force you to buy $150 1Gb memory cards, etc.

Sounds like you made out pretty good.

I've bought gear from Buydig in the past, and found them to be completely reliable, generally the best prices on the 'Net!

But, I also buy from B&H because I can drive there in an hour and park in their free lot, and get to play with the goods before I buy, return them if I change my mind, with NEVER a hassle.

Just my .02.

This has nothing to do with where the camera was made.

A person can set it for GMT while sitting anyplace.
