Hi,
I have recently had an interview with a really large well known clothing company that wants me to give them a quote on what I would charge for a full year of catalogs. Summer, Spring, Fall, Winter, Holiday..
Each catalog would entail about 70 different clothing changes all shot in studio ( which I already have). And about 10 headshots of the male models for each season. Each season must be shot in 2 days. First day woman, and second day men..I have everything that I would need to shoot all of this so equipment rentals would not be a factor.
I have given people quotes before, but I am wanting to know how I can make this one look particularly professional.. I am not the only photographer up for this job, so I need some sort of an edge..
I have a basic idea about what I am going to charge per day (1000.00)..
I am trying to to also find a way to incorperate my own style into the shoots without taking away from the clothing of course. The studio look that they want is really easy to do, and I have shot other catalogs similar. But I was thinking that I could offer a free half day outside on location, as a bonus so that I have a chance to include my "style" .
Would that set me aside from the rest?? or just make me look desperate to get the job??
I have to have this quote in by today if possible.. so I'm kind of stressing out on how to put it together.
I am curious if anyone has a quote template?? that I could modify in word?? or if there is somewhere I could download something to give me a starting point??
I think that basically covers it..
Any help would be very helpful to me..
Thank you all!!
