Tonight I was talking to some others that take some great pictures and I was discussing some ideas when the one I've been wanting to do for years popped into my slow moving brain. I've always wanted to get a long exposure with a camera that was capable and I've also wanted to lay on the divider in the middle of a busy highway right after rush hour and take a wide angle / long exposure getting both lanes... I'll be doing the last one sometime this week.

Long exposure over a highway.... I already shrinked them down because they were much larger. I'll be placing them in my picture gallery in the next few days. It was about 13 degrees out with some nasty wind so I was just randomly changing settings in Tv mode. They were shot around 8:30pm and the whole area was pitch black.

These are the results:

Tonight I'm going to put thermals on and lay on the ground and take a few. Hopefully I can grab a few and jump in the car without freezing.

Ok, I've noticed the ones taken in Iso-100 looked like ****, but the ISO-200 looked better.

What would be the best setting (50,100,200,400) I should use iso wise for these types of shots?

Second, what would be the ideal aperature? I've seen both 2.x and 8.0 come out great. But what would be the ideal setting? Mind you I shoot in complete darkness.
