I am leaving this week for a 4 week trip through Rome, Paris, Moscow and St Petersburg. I would appreciate it if anyone who has been through these places (and even if you haven't
) giving some advice on things that are really worth taking the time to see / photograph. I have heard that you can get in some trouble taking photos in Russia... something about a law prohibiting photos of public buildings / structures?
I have also never photographed in sub 0 temperatures... so any words of wisdom in respect to this would be great. I've read all the stuff about sudden changes being bad for the camera, and the reduced battery life. I was more curious how the lower temperature affects (if any) the end result.
