After looking thru this thread, I've decided this will be my next camera.

I want to goto full frame but the 5D2 just doesn't have the 1D features I love on my mkIIn. And the 5D3/1DX are way out of my price range.

Now to save up my pennies for a month or 2 :)

^ Prices continue to drop, mizouse... You could have a decent one under $3k nowadays... Best wishes in acquiring one...

Here's a SUPER PANORAMIC for ya'll...

Small POTN version:

Here's the "ORIGINAL" version link (may need fast connectivity to view, FYI): http://www.flickr.com …1/sizes/o/in/photostream/ (external link)

1Ds3 + 200 1.8L combo... Av Mode, ISO 100, f/11, 1/200sec... Tripod mounted with wired shutter release... 26 stitched images in all... ~24 miles FOV... The 'original' is the best view to fully appreciate the scope of its grandeur... Anyhoo... Let me know what you guys/gals think... Hehehheehe...

:D

Another super pano... This time from Santa Monica (left) to Beverly Hills (right)... As always, viewing the original version has the most impact!!! Just click on the image to get to my Flickr page... Then click on the "original" link to view the massive panoramic...

Scouting spots for upcoming shoots, my wonderful wife was with me as we walked along the riverbanks. It was such a great night! Before we headed home I decided it would be a shame not to get a shot of University bridge, considering Saskatoon is known as the city of bridges! =)
