Wow.. is it crazy that I will look for this camera on craigslist or other sites used list before checking to see if there are any deals on a 5Dm3. I don't need the crazy high iso shots. I keep telling myself that the people using this are just that much better than me and that's why the photo's are so good. BUT... I actually want this camera more than any current new model. <Heavy sigh>

The 1ds miii is an awesome canon body. Everytime I raise my eye up to and look through the viewfinder I am amazed at how special the feeling I get is owning a camera of this quality. I've owned a 350D, 1D, 1DMII, 7D and 5D before buying one of these bodies and can't imagine a better body for studio type work.

I dodged having to sell mine while I was waiting for my transmission to get fixed on my caddy. The price I put mine up for was $1875 both on here and the local Craigslist but thanks to the lowballer offers I was receiving I never considered selling. Now that I'm a bit better off I can turn my attention to trying to acquire the 85L that I was lusting after for awhile.
