Julian!! Honestly, this is like ... one of your best pic!! how come you have never posted it before :D lol. Don't get me wrong, I love all your other pics but this one takes the cake :] also, I don't know what I'm doing in this thread but hey ^_^

Hehe! Thanks Marek! :) I don't shoot much nightscapes but, I'm hoping to get out and shoot more when I have time. :) And there's nothing wrong with coming in here and talking about the camera/images.

^Looks good to me Evil. The only thing you need to do is correct the WB. :)

Damn it, I forgot to fix that.... hows it now. And I cloned out the bottom of the picture. Photobucket is weird.... I uploaded the new one with the same name and the old one still shows up on my screen... it should change I think.

I tired getting semi creative but it was hard holding the rifle with one hand and the camera with the other LOL

What's happenin' Julian!!

You could be accused of making people go out and buy the 70-200 MK II with that shot. So sharp & crisp. I like it.

^^Hi Krush! Just a sample with the 70-200 MK II. This is heavily cropped and I'm still amazed at the detail with this camera. :)

I noticed that my 24-70 was a bit OOF on the LCD of my 1Ds III. So I decided to Microadjust it this morning (just by eye). It looked a lot better per the LCD, but I'll have to test the output on the monitor.

As long as I've owned my 1Ds III, I never once MA'd any of my lenses. :) Please report back if there are issues.

8 hours outside shooting with the 1DsMK3 in very heavy rain had no effect on the body, I was praying it wouldn't. :D

You can see streams of water pouring off the shooters and their gear in this shot. Thankfully I was able to keep the front of the lens dry.
