Logo, watermark or both?

I'm thinking about building a name and a portfolio. Not sure where I want to go with this but it's a favorite hobby thats taking off.

I'm thinking about putting watermarks on my photos. Is having just a logo like mine good enough? I just don't know what to do. I don't like the idea of having a huge watermark across the face of my photos though.

Here's my logo, nothing more than text right now.

For a portfolio I'd just use ©. For proofs PhotoBucket adds the watermark.
