I haven't seen much about these monolights, any comments good or bad about them?

I've seen them online but haven't heard much about them. Chinese made monolights manufactured by Li Shuai. I've seem them sold under various names as well as no name at all. Here is an older (2006) review of the 300 w/s strobe.
