There are also umbrellas with a removable cover that you use by turning the light away from the subject and reflecting it off of the umbrella toward the model for wider diffusion of the light for softer shadows. There are also "brolly" box umbrellas that complete cover the flash and the underside of the umbrella and work more like soft boxes than umbrellas.

Depending on what he wants to see I have images to post but I'm unclear as to whether his term 'diffuser umbrella' refers to a shoot through umbrella or as Mike suggested, a device like a Softlighter. This is a nice shot, i suggest people post any shot using one umbrella whether it is shoot through or white-or-silver reflector umbrella and let the OP choose what he like, maybe he meant both of those umbrellas. Galleries:
