HAHA, cute juvies, but that is at least two different birds, maybe three. The first two have an almost black beak, the third one is mixed, the other two are lighter colored.

Thank you Mitch it is three differant birds. The first two pictures are of a slightly younger bird but he is such a character, I just love to watch him, he was looking right at me:D
