Heya.

Well im shooting an engagement party for a friend of ours next week and i'm abit worried about the lighting situation.

Basically its taking place in the morning in a large event hall, http://www.sumacagv.com.au/ (external link) u can check it out.

The party starts at 11am - 2pm, i wanna get there abit earlier and take some family portraits (its a nice area, on the water)

I need help with two different lighting setups.

Im not sure how harsh the sun is going to be on the day, so would 2 off camera flash's be enough to handle with the sun outdoors?

Secondly, for the indoor shots, i'm not sure how much light is availble indoors, i don't want to use the on camera flash as i dont think there is going to be anything to bounce from, what can i do?

I have two off camera flashs, with stands and skyports for both (oh and a reflector)

also how many batteries you think i should bring for the flash's? never shot an event like this before.

thanks!
