LAX with Canon 70-300

Just happened to have my camera and came upon a 13U Lacrosse game today. Shot these with the Canon 70-300 but had a little trouble consistently focusing on the players. Looks like I may have to get the 70-200 2.8. I shoot basketball as well but never have focus problems with the 85mm 1.8, even with the XT.
