hazy photo

i took this photo the other night when a storm passed my neighborhood. I live on the 5th floor so i shot this through my window. Only problem is that the outside of my window hasn't been cleaned since i lived there . i was wondering if anyone could make this look a little more vivid as my PP skills are limited. Thanks in advance for your expertise

If anyone thinks i'm crazy and think the photo is fine please tell me.... sometimes i get carried away and nit pick at the smallest of problems

I'd recommend local contrast enhancement using unsharp mask. set your radius between 40-60 and bring the amount up. I had a quick go and found 30 looked ok.

It isn't very hazy but i'm nit picky and about my images too so i totally get ya

Thanks Flex, i tried that out and it looked better.

I've made an "Action" to remove Haze with the Amount at 20%, Radius at 50, and Threshold at 0. I ran it twice on your photo and here's what I came up with.

Lehayes, that looks great! Running unsharp mask with those settings twice makes a difference without adding too much contrast. As a bonus i noticed that the lightning looks more pronounced now I'm gonna have to steal your action
