So this weekend My Husband,Son, & I went to a Yard Sale..... This Guy passed and the wife was getting rid of ALL his Stuff. He was in to so many things... I am getting into Photography even more than ever... any who!

I found in a crap load of Photography. & the wife did not want it at ALL...
I got them for ( $5 )

I have slides dated from Oct. 67 to 1981. Maybe even earlier/later. Names on the slide box (Reese Palley) to Miss America 1976. Airplane pic's (looks like Booms) in one. He must of been in the military. I can keep going.

So I don't know if I have a question, or if I'm Just Blabbing off!!!

I have not a clue to how to put them onto the computer!

I just don't know.......

I was mostly asking to see if you had thought about it and to get an idea for what you had planned for the slides. Just because you have the slides doesn't mean that you can go and sell the images.
You shouldn't need anything notarized, just a signed contract, and I am sure someone here who isn't just a poser like me could help you find an example contract to have her sign.
If they are really good and you think that you might want to market some of them you might even show up with $200 in your pocket in case she looks reluctant.

Being a good artist is great, but being a good business man can be handy too. Michael Jackson made more money off of The Beatles songs then he did off of his own for example ;)
