I was trying different perspectives. Does this one work? What would you change and why?

I would step back a ways, shoot with a longer lens, on a tripod at a farily tight f/stop, with essentially the same framing, at sunrise.

But that's just me.

I agree sunrise would be awesome. My f/stop was at f/22, is that tight enough? I was pretty wide 28mm on this shot, how long would you suggest and why?
