How do you get rid of glowing eye on dogs? I shot this with on camera flash which is probably the main the main problem,cuz i didnt bring my flash along today. But how do you fix it in photo shop later, cuz its not red-eye?

It's the same thing as red eye. I use the red eye feature in Paintshop Pro to fix it...you can choose from animal or human eye on that program.

Well i have CS2 and dont have that feature, any programs i could download to fix that problem?

You can use the magic wand(forgot it's real name havent use PS in a while) if you hold control while clicking it will keep what you had selected. When you have selected the whole yellow part you can then change the caracteristic of only this part.
