Should we take something out of this when the side of the truck says lowest cost?

That situation don't suprise me at all.
I've had my experience with U-Haul before and I will not rent from them ever again ! !

I hope the renters get U-Haul as much as they can for this situation.

I like how they cleared their crap out of the back in a hurry. Ever notice how often these things are stuck on the side of the road? Uhaul must do 0 maintenance to them. And then you have people driving long distances...

Didn't they have a slogan "an adventure in moving"?

Seriously, I think it was the CBC television network up here that did a big investigation into U-Haul vehicles and maintenance and found that they were sending people out on the road in junk with serious mechanical deficiencies.
