I would say the WB looks to be a little off. I'm sure those walls aren't helping, but I can def. notice a yellow cast to it. I'm also not sure if I'm crazy about the angle/crop. If that yellow cast dissapeared, I think it would really help! Good shot though, and a great smile!

not really a fan of things growing out of peoples heads like the halo behind and the white balance is way too yellow.

Awesome Hat! It almost looks like stained glass. Amazing. Yep, color cast is off a bit but correct that and you should be fine. ;)

It's a beautiful shot, but I'm not into the sideways poses. And the yellowish lighting does not flatter the bride and that's the whole deal with weddings. The customers pay for it and they want pictures that flatter them. It's something to think about.

Good 1st try dude! :)

Here's my constructive criticism, and what I would have done:

- angle doesn't work for me, I would align it vertically. Composition is also key, I would check out the rule of thirds if you're not already familiar with it?
- as was said before, the WB is definitely off...too yellow/green
- it should be sharp shot like this @ f9 but the photo is soft, I would assume it's because you shot this @ 1/13s! and no matter if you've got IS on it...you still risk blur at this speed.
- speaking of aperture, I always prefer lots of depth of field rather than capturing background details...so open your lens up waaaay more! I would never shoot this at f9.
- shooting something like this at f9 makes your eye wander all over the image since everything is in focus and there's so much stuff in the photo.
- it's also underexposed I think...I prefer to have bright photos from weddings, and it helps when you can make out the bride's eyes ;)

Hope that helps! ;)
Ciao,
Bartek

I agree , I myself began doing weddings without anyone showing me how . Practice does make perfect right . I would fix the angle and the WB . Im sure if you allow your photos to be edited on here people can tell you what they did so you can learn more .

Your right. U have to start somewhere.
The expression is bril. The posing is good. Well done.

This picture could be really improved in post. WB can be changed with a click. No issues there.

Tilts are popular, yours is just a little extreme. But well done to spotting the trend. The angle is exaggerated by the negative space. You could crop this and rotate the pic. This would improve it.
