Think I've decided on the S80.. maybe

While checking out batteries for my 400D I saw that the S-xx series cameras also use the same NB2LH battery... scrore! I've been looking for a replacement for my old S200 and one thing I've always hated is having different batteries.

So the S80 looks nice... 2.5" LCD, nice looking button layout, 8mp etc..

But the S70 can shoot RAW. Is there a hack for the S80 to make it shoot RAW? Also it uses CF cards.. like my 400D. Bonus!

Is there really much difference between a S80 and S70 as far as image quality and speed? I hate slow P&S cameras.

Also what are the typical prices of these Sxx-series going for these days? Any particular place best to buy from?

Bearing in mind that both are discontinued models, I'd suggest eBay. I don't think you'll be able to any real deal-chasing, anyway.
