I need to replace my 50mm f/1.4 and am thinking about the 1.2. I have never been quite happy with the 1.4 focus speed and wondered if anyone has used the 1.2 for sports. I read back a long time ago that its a lot faster than the 85mm f/1.2 so action work was possible. (I'm not really interested in opinions about the 1.2 outside of shooting action sports with it... thanks) Thoughts?

I know that the 85 1.8 is a popular choice for indoor sports like basketball. Have you tried it?
