I finally got some free time to take some shots for a friend of mine. I used a single Elinchrom softbox and reflector.Let me know what you think.

She saw an add in some magazine, but in the ad the empty right side of the pic had some kind of marketing in it. The color was just a preset from lightroom she liked.

Did you adjust the color at all in Photoshop ? Considering she's so close, I'm wondering why she's not really crisp, or was this something you were going for ( a soft look )

It actually is a bit underexposed, but she really liked that dark look. The more I look at it the more i like it, but i'm glad you guys like it.

If the shot was intended to have copy on the right side then I could see shooting that way but to mimic that and not have copy there make the composition look awkward. The underexposure is not bothering me as much as the overall feel created by the lighting. Robert
