Auto focus point's and Macro

When taking macro shots do i have all the focus points selected or just the center thank you...Ray

If auto focusing, I tend to go for centre focus point only since its usually faster and accurate. Like manual focus better for macro.

Since the subject should fill most of the viewfinder, I like to stick with centre weighted. Suppose spot metering could also be used.

If you are going to be shooting macros, I would think that you'd want to set the lens to MF and focus on the subject manually because of the very shallow DOF relative to the apparent size of the subject in the viewfinder.

That works for me. Just move in/out a bit to get the focus. Don't try to use the focusing ring, or you'll need a straight-jacket after 10 minutes.
