NFC East Notes from Week #1:

*The Cowboys need work on their secondary, but the offense is as good as last year. The O-line is absolutely abusive!

*The Eagles beat up a really, really bad Rams team. I don't know how much of the game was Eagles domination and how much was Rams suckage. The Rams looked like they absolutely couldn't care less about playing football.

*The Giants' D is still very good, the Redskins' O...not so much. If the Giants are to succeed at defending their title, the offense is going to have to play more consistently.

I'm glad it was called back. ;)

I won both my games, but the Packers D had me worried at the end. If they gave up much more I likely would have lost.

Nothing like scoring the second-most points in the league and still losing. :(

Good game Doug (Shlumps team). I didn't think the Bears would stop the Colts like that.

The Bears have something to prove this year.
So who ever has the Bears D this year is going to get a lot of points.
Also watch Matt Forte will break a couple of records this year as a rookie.
Yes, I am a Bears fan !!!

Dam I love football season !!!!

This week will be an interesting game. I was surprised by the Bears play this week. Now we get to see them against a team that has some game film on them. This week may be very different!

Go Panthers!!!!

Thanks DDCSD. I kept waiting for the Colts to unload on the Bears.

Game of the week: MNF Dallas vs. Philly!

Players to watch:

(1) Jason Witten (heavy rush = passes a plenty to J-Witt)
(2) Westbrook (no news here, just start him every week)
(3) DeSean Jackson (the guy is fast and he will get open)
(4) Felix Jones (he should get more time this week, despite barber starting and Felix is a fast, fluid runner. Eagles DBs often hit hard, but take risks launching themselves in the secondary; expect at least 1 TD and 70+yds)
(5) Akers/Folk (expect both to hit 2-3 FGs in a tight game where all points matter)

OK, now for the FF moron moment. This wasn't in a POTN league (not league 2 at least), but someone really needs to turn on a TV, or radio or something. My dad even heard that Brady got hurt and he doesn't care a bit about football.....

I'm always looking at different players on the waiver and have noticed the recent trades info. Some of those trades are so one sided it isn't even funny. Almost makes you think that somebody has 2 teams in one league and is trading between the 2. That has to be it because people can't be that uneducated about football if they took the time to sign up for fantasy.
