A face full of legs !

I think it`s a female Reed Bunting, it`s the brown cheek and no stripe above the eye that has me confused, feel free to contradict me if you know what it is. Thanks.

Think it is a female but at this time of year a lot of birds are very scruffy and it sort of looks like a scruffy male.
