Does anyone buy from anyone off this site? or flickr? etc etc? what kind of customer are the people who are selling getting?

Most people on POTN that sell photos, sell to customers that are not photographers and I may be wrong but I think they also don't purchase shots from other photographers.
For example, My primary customers are the parents of the HS athletes that I shoot action shots of.
