I am going to be insuring my equipment with Farmer's this week and they are asking me to provide them with a list of all of my equipment.
Should I add accessories to this list, like filters, batteries, CF cards, etc.?
Thanks for your input.

It may make the cost go up a bit, but when something breaks, it will be worth it. Of course, if just one of the small things break, it might not be worth filing a claim on, because your deductible may be higher than what you're replacing. But it's always better to be safe than sorry. It's not the camera you use, it's how you use it!

In other words he's making sure I haven't bought new lights or other equipment that I haven't told him about. I've always been honest with him, so I don't know what the penalties would be if I had hid things from him. But, knock on wood, I haven't had to file a claim yet either! It's not the camera you use, it's how you use it!

You may be able to group things like "memory cards", "diffusers", etc. Professional wedding photographer, solution architect and general technical guy with multiple Amazon Web Services certifications.

If you have several different brands, I would just name the best brand of the bunch. It's not the camera you use, it's how you use it!
