love to see some behind the scenes stuff, media centre, access points, all that jazz, its a goal of mine to be at the next olympics

That's quite a goal! Covering an Olympics is a pretty exclusive gig.

There may be someone here who is shooting in Beijing, but I guarantee there are a bunch of shooters over on SportsShooter.com who are going to work the Olympics. Peruse the SS message board and you'll see this discussed a lot as Auguest approaches.

it is a big goal but we have to set them right? for me having a target to achieve helps me work harder to achieve it, will i get there? i dont know, will i try? hell yeah.

No Olympic gigs for me but I am the "official" photographer for many local road races and stayed in a Holiday Inn once.

Well that is your problem. Try the Holiday Inn Express and the credentials soon follow. :D

I neglected to mention that I shot for the Special Olympics in Michigan recently.
