taking portrait in the church. It is pretty bright inside. my great is 5d w/ 50 f/1.4 and tamron 28-75

I really don't think that i need a great exposure since it is pretty bright. so I'm thinking

1. 430ex or II maybe? $280?
2. 580 $390
3. metz 54mz $dunno
4. metz 58 AF-1 $369

do you guys recomend Metz 54mz? or even 58 AF-1?

Personally, I'd go with a 430EX II, it's suppose to have faster ans silent recharging. Looks cheaper than the other flashes on your list as well.

What do you need a flash for? I rarely use flash in churches.
