Hi Crew,

Anyway C&C please, and let me know if in your opinion its worthy of uploading?

Thanks,

The first picture does not work for me at all. The fill light is too harsh and flat. The background is too busy. Her hair looks greasy instead of glossy, its a bit cold.

The second one on the other hand I love. Very pretty model. Did you PP her skin? It looks a bit palstic.
Not a professional, just my 2 cents....

The image on the left appears overdone. The blur applied to her skin is excessive; you even managed to blur her teeth :) The best way to apply skin smoothing or softening techiques is with the use of masks so you have full control of the effect.

The image on the right is much nicer although I would darken the background so that the model would stand out more.

I agree 100% with FedkaTheConvict and shutter_blitz.

They've said it all!

Thanks gents,

Your points are well noted. I must admit i went overboard on the editing. Just purchased the software and having alot of fun with it. Nevertheless, i must realize it is just for""touching up"and not being to radical with it.

Thanks and ill keep plugging away!

I dont like the lighting on the first-- too "flashy", although the pose/composition is perfect. But the second is amazinglighting , though I wouldn't have cropped out her elbow.. ahah, if you had the second's lighting with the first pose/composition, it wouldbe a near perfect picture.
