I take a lot of sunsets and recently tried to shoot people with one. Not sure the OOF sunset works or, for that matter, the whole concept. Comments to improve this type of shot would be appreciated.

Jun 19, 2008 14:12 | #3 Thanks, Flo. I used a 430 EX with my Xti. Sorry there is no exif data but I'm still using PS 5.5 and haven't figured out how to save it (I don't think there is a way). Thought I'd burn the hot spots from the flash in PS.

Try flash exposure bracketing the shot next time. See what kind of power output gives you the best result.
