Continuous or Strobes for Children?

Well, thats about it, just wondering what works better-I am guessing Strobes b/c the lil squirts are moving all the time, but just wanted some advice and opinions. Thanks!

Strobes would be my choice.

I've seen some Ed Pierce videos of people using the Westcott Spiderlites (fluorescent). But the kids in those vids are very well-behaved.

With some of today's cameras producing remarkably clean images up to ISO 800 and the high frequency cycling of electronic ballasts in some fluorescents, the use of continuous lighting is more practical than before. But I still prefer the motion-stopping ability of flash.
