SterlingTek Battery Question

Hey all :)

Picked up a 400D the other day, was wanting to pick up another battery and saw that a number of people were happy with the sterlingtek batteries. Just had a quick question. If I pick up the NB-2LH equivalent battery with 1700 mAh will I be able to use the Canon charger? Or do I need to pick up a charger from SterlingTek?

Thanks so much!

~ Chris

You can use the Canon charger.

Troubleshooting 101 (see also: LightRules,perryge):
1) RTFM.
2) Repeat Step 1.

A battery is a battery. The charger knows nothing about manufacturer. Charge away.

Not sure why, but call me JJ.

You'll be fine using your charger. I highly recommend those SterlingTek batteries. They've lasted me ages on my 300D. I had 2 of 'em in the grip. You'll be very pleased.
