I've read about reversed grad filters, just wondering if anyone has used one and do they work well for sunrise/sunset photos?

Had the Singh Ray 0.6 & 0.9 reverse ND filters arrive 2 days ago - still waiting for the clouds to go so I can even see a sunrise or sunset.
