I hate to bore you with another NYC skyline but i like this shot and i'm uncertain with my pp on it. I haven't done much to enhance it, some USM, dodge and burn and colors. Hmm nevermind maybe i did do a little PP  Now that i look at it i am thinking it's a touch on the dark side, maybe raise the exposure a bit?... before i go crazy lemme know what you guys think.

I actually have two othershots of the rest of the skyline to the left however, when i stitch them together with CS2 photomerge the last photo is always a different color... Me being overexcited to get the shot before it rained on me forgot to lock exposure on cam before shooting. i tried to match it in post but it's always a bit off. Any suggestions?

It doesn't look too dark on my monitor. I like this one. Those... uh... wood things on the right kinda add to it. :)

I used Inkpress Duo Matte 80 13x19 on my canon pixma pro 9000.

Nice. Very moody. The pylons really make the water in foreground work.

Great composition!

And not too dark.

This space for rent.

I really like it just the way it is. The darkness works to give it a nice stormy look.

MikeKS, I love the color scheme you got going on there. Do you mind sharing the original picture without any PP?
What time of the day did you take the picture? I guess it was taken in cloudy conditions.

I just recently posted some skyline pics of Montreal here which were taken right after sunset. I would love your feedback on how to tweak them by PP.

Nice shot. has a bit of an HDR feel with those clouds. Sometimes simple is best, so I think this is processed enough for me.

Here is the original without any PP

The shot was taken @ 8:30pm. The sun is just behind the buildings.
Shot @ 17 mm ISO 100 2.5 sec f/14

the original isn't far off from the end product.

I played with the WB a little bit in Lightroom, Lowered exposure. Fussed with the selective luminance in Lightroom too.

I exported to CS2 and burned the building's and bridge in a little by opening a new layer, in new layer box changing mode to "overlay" then clicking the box that says "Fill with Overlay-neutral color (50% gray). You can then use the brush tool selecting either color black or white to dodge or burn what you want in your photo. I then added some USM ( 143% radius: 3 threshold 10 )

Another shot of the Brooklyn bridge??? :) It looks nice. What caught my attention is the ice like water and the broken piers..

I like this photo. It has good lines and feel to it. I would love to see a night shot with a bit more color and contrast.
